Who were the Admiral, Captain and XO of the USS Indianapolis in 1934

I found the following:

In 1934, there were two Captains of the Indianpolis.  Captain John M.
Smeallie was the skipper from November 15, 1932 through December of
1934 when Captain W.S. McClintic took command.
