its an old dos based game and it had something to do with george washington.

its text based. and apparently george washington was some sort of
reaction to sex.. it also had a university in it somehow.

"Day of the Tentacle" is a zany DOS-based game that involves George

Could it possibly be "Time Traveller"?  I've never played it, but
searching for '"comely wench" "george washington"' brought me to a
description of a text-mode DOS game that features a comely wench,
which sounded similar to what you were looking for, and searching for
'time traveller game dos text' afterwards took me here:
