I am using a Sybase Adaptive Server. I want a tool to build an erd
graphicly, and have the tool generate the create table and drop table
sql and such.  What's the best cheap tool?

I want to have primary keys that auto incrament.  Possible?

I am using DbVisualizer now as an sql tool.  Feed me tool options. 
Toad seems to be oracle specific.
