Hello donbrit,

Are you looking exclusively for a website? I'm asking because there
are other market timing specialists out there with a track record.
I'm thinking particularly of asset allocation fund managers who base
their allocation percentages on market timing formula, and market
timing newsletters, many of which are in print, rather than on-line,
versions.

Please let us know if your focus is exclusively on websites, so I --
or another researcher -- can best meet your needs.

Thanks.

Hi Pafalafa,

I do not care where the timing comes from, but the information would
be most convenient in the form of an e-mail or a web site that I can
visit daily.

I have done a lot of research of my own, and presently use
Fundbusters, which has a long theoretical track record, and Market
Timing Digest which has no track record at all, but is a consensus of
10 market timers.
The purpose of my question is to make sure my research is complete.

Thanks for your help.

Hello donbrit,

Thanks for your question. Here are some sites that I have found which
have been around for 3 years or longer.

SPDR Trading System
http://www.spdrs-trading-system.com/
Data ranging back to 1999.

timing works
http://www.timingworks.com/
Data ranging back to 1998.

Stock Market Timing
http://www.stockmarkettiming.com/
Data ranging back to 2000.

Swing Meter
http://www.swingmeter.com/
Data ranging from 1996.

Market Timing Technologies
http://index-timing.com/
Data ranging back to 2000.

WallaceBane Investments
http://www.wallacebane.com/
Data ranging back to 1991

Fortucast
http://www.fortucast.com/
They have been around since 1987. Data may be available upon request.

MoneyFlow
http://www.moneyflow.com/
They have data ranging since 1995

timing.net
http://www.timing.net/
Data ranging from 1989.

http://www.investment-models.com/

Select Timing
http://www.dollarlink.com/

Thompkins Financial Service

http://www.fund-analysis-fidelity-sector.com/

WealthWatchman
http://www.wealthwatchman.com/
Data ranging from 1997

Market Volume
http://www.marketvolume.com/
Data ranging back to 1997.

Bob Brinker
http://www.bobbrinker.com/
Newsletter, no data range specified. Seems prominent though.

Now, determining the best of these will be subjective at best. Going
by what each individual company says about itself, the site "SPDR
Trading System" appears to have the best ratios. I have found a site
which tracks timing sites and provides the results for a fee. That
site is:

TimerTrac
www.timertrac.com

I have also found a site that reviews newsletters, and some timer
sites are listed. That site is:

MarketWatch
http://cbs.marketwatch.com/commerce/profileList.asp?siteid=yhoo&dist=mkgboxprof&cat=ap

There are many factors to consider, and I feel the most important one
is impossible to determine without subscribing, which is quality of
service. Some of these places look more professional than others,
although that isn't always a good determination. I have not found any
general review sites which are free that rate timing sites, although I
am still searching and will provide that in a clarification if I find
any. This answer is always a work in progress until you are
satisifed, so please do not hesitate to ask for clarification. I hope
this helps.

Search Terms Used: s&p timing, s&p timing sites, s&p mutual timing,
stock market timing, mutual fund timing, stock market mutual timing,
mutual timing reviews, standard and poor timing, stock market timing
newsletter, mutual fund timing newsletter, s&p timing reviews, stock
timing
Search Method: www.google.com, www.metacrawler.com
