Greenspan and company change) from 1950 to present?

Hello simontempler:

Information on the Federal Funds Rate is available from the Federal
Reserve, but only from 1954 to the present.

If you go to: 

Selected Interest Rates
URL: http://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/h15/data.htm

you can click on the links for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or
annually compiled data.
