I am using dreamweaver to constuct pages that I load to a web site. However, the pages do not display and I keep getting the following messages: cannot contain javascript (".cookie", "cookie(", "replace(", "open(", "eval(", IFRAME, META, or includes) or cookies. How can I remove the offending items from the source code while still making the picture of the item and its description appear properly? Is there an automated way to check the source code generated by Dreamweaver that will find and eliminate all the offending entries. |

You could try opening your pages in a text editor (such as Notepad) and look for areas of the HTML beginning/ending with: <script language="JavaScript"> ... </script> Then (after making sure you have a backup copy of the HTML) you can try deleting those tags and everything in between them and see if that takes care of the problem. |

Try correcting some Java or whatever you're using. Try reinstalling Dreamweaver. It could be a bug. Try Dreamweaver MX. It is alot better! |
