There are only two shareholders holding more than 10% of AMR's common
stock, and these are the only two that are required to be identified. 
Should I post the information for these two shareholders as an answer
to your question?  In addition, I can provide some perspective on the
holdings of corporate management (but not any detail on the holdings
of individual managers).

I know you aksed for the Top 20, but I doubt that information exists
in the public arena.
