The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has a database
called The Collection of Laws for Electronic Access (CLEA) (

It contains texts in English and other languages of intellectual
property laws, including Italy's copyright statute and other Italian
legal texts.
I am certainly not an Italian lawyer, but my impression is that this
is the primary statute you are looking for:
