I am looking for background information on RAC plc and its aquisition
by Lex.

I have an interview for a role with the RAC and need a good overview

eg. when were they taken over by Lex
What is the new structure
What are there financials like
Are there any aquisitions or new products being speculated about
What products and services do they offer
Any info re-culture, vision, ethics etc would be particularly helpful
