Dear Tick, The beauty of the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is that it allows EAs to represent you nationally. So, any of those people can negotiate with IRS on your behalf. Of the people named above, here's what a I know about some of them: David Stone He has worked with several of my clients. They have been extremely pleased with him. And he was able to settle Offers in Compromise (OICs) for them. Greta Hicks & Julian Block While I've never met them, they have an excellent reputation within the tax professional community.
