Keep in mind that, even if the trademark is "available", there are several things that might get in the way of you getting the trademark you desire, including, but not limited to: - prior use and registration with a state of a tradename or DBA - use of that intended trademark in business, such as through a website name, etc. |

simontempler, Please be aware that an online search of trademark and copyright registrations is NOT considered definitive, and will not serve as an acceptable defense in a lawsuit for copyright/trademark infringement.
