I need to know the German and Belgium restrictions on natural health
products being imported into their country by post in small quantities
from countries outside the E.U.  My products are Shark Liver Oil,
Shark Cartilage, Green Lipped Mussell extract and bovine colostrum.
What can I do to prevent problems by including documentation or
labelling correctly? I have looked at this site but have had a lot of
