Church has documented acceptance of Bible and "biblical principles" in
all matters of organization and employment policy, yet has, without

Are you saying, you want to force the Church Charity to rehire someone
they fired or give them money because they got fired. A (boo hiss)
lawyer can likely extort some money from the Church if several people
are willing to lie an behalf of the fired person. That sounds like far
worse ethics than you are accusing the Church of. I will conceed that
the person may have been fired to make a job for a relative of a big
contributor, or some other discusting reason like that. We need to
know the city or at least the state or country where the Christian
charity is headquarterd, so we can recommend a local lawyer who hates
Christians. Other details will also likely be helpful. Neil

I am not aware of any Scriptures that deal specifically with
employment disputes. In the absence of precise Biblical rules on
hiring and firing, one is left with more general guidelines on how we
are to deal with our fellow man, and how we are to treat our brothers
and sisters in Christ. These guidelines are broad, and are subject to
interpretation in any given circumstance. I truly doubt that any
compelling argument on this matter can be drawn from Scripture.
