It is rather doubtful that you can obtain this case online, except if
you have a subscription to a legal database.  The most comprehensive
free British legal database contains English cases only back to 1996.

You might be able to obtain this case in a local law library.  Would
this be a good option?  If so, please let us know the area in which
you are located, so we can find a nearby library that has this
publication.
