Subject: Adapt page of html to model page using CSS and XHTML

I need to convert one page of html to the same page layout as the
model page below, incorporating XHTML and
CSS in the new page.  It may be an awkward fit since there are more
navigational categories in the page to be converted than the model. 
Please give me back two pages.  One with a horizontal navigational
solution, the other with a vertical solution.  This is a very time
sensitive question. I need to see a solution within 20 hours.

I am ready to work on this, however, in both files (the model and the
page to convert) I only see horizontal navigation.  So, I'm not sure
what you are looking for in terms of vertical navigation.  I want to
be sure I can provide you with the results you are looking for.

Also, if it is not too radical an idea, you may want to consider a
layout that uses NO TABLES at all, using CSS for all layout. 
Separating the information from the layout and presentation makes
pages much easier to maintain.  Given your time constraint, perhaps I
could do that as part of a different question afterwards, if it is of
interest to you.

Perfect.  Thanks for posting the vertical navigation.  I will work on
this right away.  And, it should not be too tough for me to create a
third version of the converted page using CSS instead of tables for
layout within your timeframe.
