Have reached a level of frustration beyond belief in my inability to find a manufacturer or distributor of wheels and tires for model cars and airplanes to Original Equipment Manufacturers such as myself. Have done everything but stand on my head! What I'm looking for is an online or paper catalog with a lot of options as to diameter, hardness, hub material, bearing requirement, etc. We make the Windjammer as seen on www.modelsailcars.com and are buying from local hobby shops while developing the product. But must find an OEM or we can't compete. | |

These are all manufacturers or retailers selling a finished product except for Proline. What I'm after is a manufacturer of model sized tires and wheels such as Proline, but with a catalog with specifications and the like. I see that I'm not the only one having trouble finding such a beast. I've done the Thomas Registry until blue in the face and was hoping somebody in this group would find an arrow that could reach to the heart of my query. Thanks for the effort, but not what I'm looking for. |
