What is the difference between wheat intolerance/allergy and celiac

Hello chica1622-ga,

At the outset, I should emphasize the disclaimer at the bottom of this
page, which states that answers on Google Answers provide general
information, rather than professional medical advice. If you have a
medical condition you are concerned about, you should consult a
medical doctor.

Here are two useful pages that describe wheat allergy, wheat
intolerance, and celiac (or coeliac) disease (also known as gluten
intolerance). These pages indicate the differences between these
conditions, and between the symptoms for these conditions. I think
that you will find the chart on the first page especially useful.

I hope that this information is helpful.
