I'm in the US.  This is a strange request, but I have a friend who
needs to find a woman to get married to, for contract reasons only. 
The reasons cannot be explained here, as they are too complicated to
go into [but they are not because of geographic reasons, or to move to
another country].  The marriage will require a prenuptial agreement of
sorts, because this person does not plan on physically going near the
woman in any capacity.  Is there a service or some means of finding a
woman to marry for this purpose?  This person will pay the woman if
need-be to maintain the contract, but the marriage contract must be
nothing more than a marriage contract.  She owns nothing of his, and
he owns nothing of hers.  It's just a legal "recognition of marriage"
and that's it.

Just FYI - The legality/validity of such a marriage might very well
come into question in spite of measures taken to make it appear
otherwise.

I'm completely unfamiliar with the laws in this regard...  if this
concept in general is illegal, then I definitely would not be passing
this information on.
