So basically this company recruits professionals like Accountant,
Lawyers etc and tell them that they do not have to turn away clients
especially clients who can not pay.  Instead they can tell them of the
company Pan-Global who will fund their expenses.  Pan-Global acts a go
between for the Financial resources and the Professional.  So there is
the Client-Professional(Laywer etc)-Pan-Global and then the Financial
Resources.  It is Pan-Global way of getting a sure business and money
without much work to find customers.

please provide to me a little more clarification of your answer so
that I should give to your answer a five star rating. I want to
mention  that  I want to  send  my   mortgage  loan  application 
'directly'  to the www.panglobal.net  organization so therefore I want
to know that can I send my loan application directly to that Pan
Global organization for purchase of property in South America for
investment?  Thanks for your help.

Again thanks also for your questions.

The company only deals with 'Professionals' and not directly with
clients, so it will not be possible to send your loan applications to
them directly. It is just the type of business that they do. The
'Professionals' themselves have to be enrolled with them to be a
Consultant and pay them a fee and get training. However if you
yourself fall in the category of being a 'Professional' then by all
means register with them.

Hello  jeanwil-ga and thanks for your answer. Please note  you told me
that  Pan  Global organization does its work only with professionals
and not directly with the clients so in this situation  I want to know
 that  "how" can I find  or  locate  those  professionals or
consultants of brokers  which work that Pan Global organization so
that I shall be able to 'apply' to those  professionals or brokers for
my mortgage loan for purchase of property in South America for

I am not able to locate these 'professional' online.  The only other
solution is to contact 'panglobal' and ask them for a list of such
persons.
