Wisered, Could it be "Amazonia" by Ana Caram? See: Amazon.com - Amazonia (by Ana Caram) http://amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000003GF7 Amazonia (by Ana Caram) http://zahedaan.usc.edu/~yishin/web/90368004529.html Latin Real Book - Book and CD http://www.playjazz.com/FBO047.html Or "Amazonia" by Jon O'Bergh? There are some soft background lyrics though. Listen to the MP3 here: O'Bergh, Jon - Index Page http://artists.iuma.com/IUMA/Bands/OBergh,_Jon/ "Jon O'Bergh is a one-man symphonic dynamo whose musical textures blend a multi-ethnic sound with a dash of Space Age. His latest CD, "Carta," premiered at #1 nationwide for two months on the NAV chart. "Carta" is a tribute to maps, journeys and life's yearning for motion. From the vibrant rhythms of the opening track, "Amazonia," to the soulful nocturne "The Santa Fe Trail," the CD traces a global path through time and space that draws on both the traditional and the futuristic." |

Thanks, but it is none of these. The music is fast, and you can dance "Disco Passa Double" for it. At the end there is some chorus singing. In the middle the music goes like this: "Naaaaaaa Naaaaaa Naaaaa Na Na Na Naaaaaaa Naaaaaa Naaaaa Na Na Naaa. stop." and then again and again. |

It couldn't possibly be a background or instrumental version of the Las Ketchup "Ketchup Song" could it? That has fast guitar with the "Naaa's" in there. Lemmie know. skermit-ga |

Nope, it's not the Ketchup. It is not a new song. I heard it for the first time something like 5 years ago. I've looked for myself, and I found "Gipsy Rock" by the Gipsy Kings to be very similar to the one I am looking for. I'm quite sure the style is Flamenco, and maybe it's even a version of "Gipsy Rock", just done by some other artist. Thanks. |
