Looking for an idea of the general terms and rates of Smart Card chip
and plastic card supplies provided to factories.

Trying to get an idea of what would be a per smart card chip and
plastic card unit price be at a stated volume purchase.  This will
allow me to narrow down the parameters of a small project.

Ideally, I'd like to see a small table containing manufacturer, volume
and unit price.

A sampling from the world market would also be ideal, though for the
same of benchmarking, I'd live with a single region and would like it
to be Europe if possible.
