b) a target market listing for approriate feeder high schools

I am not a researcher but,i would offer a scolarship to the department
of education based on mid year results,and duplicate this offer to
fashion companies via fashion week in london,where fashion companies
nominate one employee each and find a high profile judge.This as part
of your marketing budjet may give you the mass coverage into the
channel you seek.
