department to make one super ministry.
can anyone show me a list of these twenty two and what they did
before?

Here are links to most of the twenty-two agencies.  If you count,
there are twenty-three listed; but since the web pages for the Office
for Domestic Preparedness (Justice) and the National Domestic
Preparedness Office (FBI) are the same, I presume that these two
agencies are basically one.

I can't seem to find the other two; perhaps their web pages have been
removed because of the reorganization.  I do know that "BW" in one of
them stands for "Bio-Weapons".
