Hi everyone! 

I'm trying to find a phone number, or really any other info, on Ash
Development, a Houston, TX based company that is involved with energy
projects (i.e., large turbines and stuff).

I can't find it in Dun and Bradstreet, superpages, or google, so I
think it must be a new company (but I don't know where to look for a
brand new company).  I'm not sure if it's ash or ashe, so perhaps try
both.

Can someone find this company for me?  Thanks so much!!!

Hello and thank you for your question.

There is no Ash (or Ashe) Development Company active in Texas, but a
company of that name did exist for the ten year period from 1962 to
1972.

In order to confirm the status and history of Ash Development and/or
Ashe Development, I registered with the Texas Secretary of State at
www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/sosda/index.shtml
where I provided them with my name, address and Visa card information.

This allowed me to search for Ash Development and Ashe Development at
a cost to me charged to my credit card of $1.00 per search.

The result of my searches is that
Ash Development Co. filed organization papers with the Secretary of
State on Nov 14, 1962 and was subsequently liquidated and foreited its
charter on May 8, 1972, under file numbers 18830900 and 68852900.

There neither is nor ever has been an Ashe Development in Texas.

The registered agent of Ash Development Co. (this is a public record
so no confidentiality is being compromised) is
A.G. Rivers
111 East Second Street
Irving, TX

I have located a current address and telephone number for Ashley G.
Rivers in Irving, Texas but I am reluctant to post it here in case
Ashley is not the same person as A.G.

The researcher did no work to determine if Ash Development was in the
power industry, as I said in my question.  They just provided me with
an "Ash Development."  That is really my main problem.

Second, the company I am looking for is currently in operation.  It
may not be in TX, but it is definitely operating.  I have no way of
knowing whether or not the out of business (for 20 yrs.) company that
the researcher provided is the Ash Development that is currently
operating.  I certainly don't think it is.
