Looking for an estimate of the size of the domain name registration
market.

= total # of domains * ave. price paid (for both registering and
renewing)

I've got an idea of the number of domains (but would be interested in
other estimates) but need an estimate for the ave. domain name
registration and renewal price (blended or separate is fine).

#s must be within the last 12-15 months, preferably more recent.
