The Dept of Vital Stats and the SS Admin both consider wedding/death/birth info confidential for 100 yrs+. I would try Holland newspaper archives, and have to do it in person, probably. If you're not in Holland or don't have time, I'd try an errand service - have someone else do the crawling for you. If it's REALLY important, you can call a local law firm and ask if they can have an assistant or paralegal crawl through the records (get a firm price up front). Also, the Holland librarians could probably help you, whether in person or over the phone. |
