i need to get a copy of the movie The Giver starring Jeff daniels or
Jeff bridges, for my daughter to show in her 8th grade english class-
she has been teaching the book and now wants to show the movie- some
sources say it hasn't even been made! others say it has- i saw a
jacket cover of the video movie on one of the sites but was something
about buying STOCK in the movie?! what else do you need to know?!

THIS IS the movie! thank YOU very much- that is what i found too- so i
am wondering what my daughter is thinking?!

This movie is in production and due for release this year, but does
not appear to have been released yet.
