I have lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Crime branch, India and they
have been working on the case for more than 2 years. They have been
unable to trace Satish Shetty and at this point in time I feel that
they are not giving much importance to the case. The police in India
are overworked and would appreciate whatever help the public can
provide

Try calling the police; for a start!
