for bobbie7-ga only
bobbie7; I got your excellent answer re: the helicoptor pics a day or
so ago. If you read my remarks you will see I am very happy with the
answer you gave. Yet on my account it states that there is NO ANSWER.
I also cannot find any provision to RATE your excellent answer. I'm
new to this, pretty busy and a bit confused. Please cop this ten
dollars for setting me straight on all this. And dont forget to
collect your $50.00 as you pass "GO" Thanks from bwll77-ga

Dear Bwll77-ga,

I’m pleased that you are very happy with the helicopter pics I chose
for you.

Here is what happened:

When a question is expired the researcher can longer post an answer.

If there is no answer, the researcher can’t claim the fee.

If there is no answer, the customer can’t rate the researcher.

To “fix” this situation you may post another question addressed to me
(with the original fee less these ten dollars).

I would then post my answer with the helicopter pics and claim the
fee.

Subsequently you would be able to rate my answer.

I hope this clears things up for you.

Thanks Bobbie7

Regarding your other question's premature expiration: this is just
speculation, but it is possible that you accidentally clicked the
"Close Question" button instead of the "Clarify Question" button.

Here is a screen-capture showing the buttons as they appear to the
customer on an open question:

Having been a question-asker as well as a question-answerer, I once
very nearly closed my question by landing on the wrong button when I
wanted to send a clarification. I hope that at some point the layout
will be changed so that the buttons are not adjacent to one another.
