Hello, could you please find for me, a copy of Hikaru Yoshino's photobook. She is a Japanese teen idol, who has released, as I know it, photobooks of herself. These photobooks contain NON-Nude photos of her only & there are NO nude photos of her in it. It is just as the name would mean, just a photobook filled with her pictures. She is a sort of teen idol/model & as many idols do in Japan, they release phtobooks of themselves. These are just book filled with pictures of themselves. The full title of one of the photobooks of Hikaru Yoshino that I want (as I believe she may have released more than one edition) is "Hikaru Yoshino Eighteen" Space, "first photobook, Himawari. Thats the title as it appears on a Picture I have of the cover. Also it has written under the title "Bauhausmook, if that means anything. I also have an ISDN number, but I am not shore weather or not this is for the first edition or a special edition. The number is ISBN 4-89461-206-2 So could you please find for me one or all the photobooks of Hikaru Yoshino? I would be willing to pay a very fair price for these books, so cost is no problem. I do not mind having an old or used copy, if that is all that could be found. As i have said this or these books of Hikaru Yoshino are NON-Nudes pictures only. I believe that the book is out of publication. So could you please help me as I am a big fan of her's & would love to have one or all of here photobooks. Thank you for your help Allynick | |

Hi allynick, I am very sorry that I was unable to answer your previous question in a timely manner. I have recently had some more time to look into this request, and I believe I have found the book in question, as well as a method of purchasing it. Using the Yahoo! Auction site in Japan (they successfully defeated eBay to ahave a virtual monopoly in Japan), I have found two links to Yoshino Hikaru auctions, both of which appear to be the book you are looking for, at 1000 yen and 2000 yen apiece respectively: http://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/52446955 http://page2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b32091477 The bad news is that neither seller is willing to sell this item to somebody outside of Japan. The good news is that there are services available for foreigners seeking Japanese merchandise on Japanese auctions that serve as a go-between to bid in the auctions for you and, if you have the winning bid, receive the item and forward it to you. A company that I have recommended in the past that has received rave reviews on the Internet is Celga. You register an account with Celga, and tell them what auctions you want to bid in, and the maxmimum amount you are willing to pay, and they take care of everything else, from contacting the seller to receiving the merchandise and sending it to you. For more information on using Celga to bid on Japanese auctions, please see this previous answer of mine: https://answers.google.com/answers/main?cmd=threadview&id=104420 Celga would also be able to purchase the book through Amazon if necessary, but I believe that the online auctions I referenced may be the cheapest option. If you truly have the desire to obtain this item, you should have no trouble doing so using the techniques I have outlined. Good luck! Howdy allynick and bobbie7 (goog show on finding the book!)! After you click the yellow (add to shopping cart) button, the next screen translates to: Sign in For protecting the credit card and the private information et cetera, sign in please do. E mail address: [FIRST ENTRY BOX] [FIRST RADIO BUTTON] It utilizes for the first time (You register the password afterwards) [SECOND RADIO BUTTON] As for the one which it has registered inputting the password, [SECOND ENTRY BOX] So, you need to put your email address in the first box and (as this would be your first time at amazon.co.jp), you would need to "check" the first radio button, then click the yellow button at the bottom. I use http://babelfish.altavista.com for translations as the one above. Simply go there and cut and paste the URL you need translated to the "Translate a Web page" box and then select (in this case) Japanese to English from the drop menu and click the Translate button. Hope this helps! denco Search strategy Personal knowledge of the (great!) Babelfish translation function provided by Alta Vista et al. |
