At the dawn of the 17th century what nation possessed the most guns?

I can provide figures for the largest standing army in the 1590s.
Firearms are not mentioned but given that the largest army far exceeds
in number the others you may wish to assume they possessed the most
firearms.

The one with the biggest army.  Guns were too expensive for any but
the very wealthy to own. Just a thought Try Spain.

Guns?

Would that include ships' canons ... assuming that ships were so
equipped in the 17th Century?

I would guess that Britain, Spain, Portugal & Holland had the largest
fleets in that century.
