What are the long term effects of a "medication caused seizure,"
particularly caused by a combo of Ultram\adderall\and prozac
(800mg\30mg\20mg). This could almost be classified as an overdose of
ultram. Ultram is not a regular medication, was used at high doses
and has been discontinued for the forseeable future.

Seizure happened while playing Nintendo. This person has spent at
least 10 hours a week on Nintendo for the last 12 years.

Seizure resulted in total loss of concience and
severe convultions. This was the only known or recorded seizure in
this
person. They are under medical care, but want an answer from an
outside source. What are the potential long term effects and what are
the chances of reoccurance with and without Ultram involved?
Individial has no available family history due to adoption.
