I want to know where I can purchase a certain necklace designed by
Juliana Eshaya. The necklace is a hollow apple on a delicate chain,
and it appears to be gold. The necklace is often worn by Heather
Graham. I have seen Juliana spelled Julianna in different
publications, so it is a 50-50 guess as to which is the correct
spelling of her first name. The necklace has been featured in Allure
and People but neither magazine provided information as to how I can
purchase it. |

Hi there!
Do you still have the magazine issues where you saw the apple
featured? If you even remember which month/year, this might help.
Also, you said the apple is hollow. Do you mean that it is open at
the bottom, and if you upended it, you could look inside? Or do you
mean hollow more like the chocolate Easter rabbits (weird example, I
know!!). Is the apple plain and smoothly finished, or filligreed in
any way?
Thanks!

Hi,
first of all, the only way i know to describe how the necklace looks
is that:
it is an outline of the shape of an apple that lies flat against your
skin. It is smoothly finished from what I can see, it does not appear
to have any ridges. It is just the shape of an apple, and I believe
that includes a little stem. In terms of the magazines, I no longer
have either. The Allure was probably around december 2002 or january
2003, that is my best guess. Maybe february? It was featured in the
form of a two page spread dedicated to heather graham's many outfits
and looks. They highlighted the apple necklace and noted the designer
but it was not featured in the section that cites where to buy items.
The people was the spring 2003 fashion special issue, it was not a
regular issue. is this enough information? i could try going to the
library and looking up past issues, would that be necessary?

Hi again, lwlucky!
No need to go to the library to track them down. This has helped
narrow my search considerably. Thanks! More when I know it!

sounds good. This is for a pretty immediate event, what are the
chances of it being done soon?

Hello, lwlucky!
I've emailed Allure and am working on trying to contact People next.
I'll keep you posted. You mentioned that you want the necklace for an
event. May I ask the date?
Thank you for your patience

Depending on how much it costs, I would buy it within the next week or
so. However if that isn't achievable I would still want the
information, to use for a later date, I won't cancel the question or
not leave a tip or anything, it would just be best to have it sooner.

Anlon here!
I've emailed both magazines asking for further information. I have
had acknowledgement form letters but nothing further just yet.
I haven't had any success locating Juliana Eshaya sources online, or
even references to her. Heather Graham websites haven't turned up
anything yet, either.
Will keep you posted!

ok,
i am too busy to explore all the avenues, but i do think a likely way
to find the info would be to call a few of the trendier shops in LA
and NYC, ie fred segal, neiman marcus and just ask the jewelry sales
reps if they have heard anything, if that type of research is within
your parameters.
