Hello w1j2m3,
I am assuming that you are talking about this question:
http://answers.google.com/answers/main?cmd=threadview&id=178493
Google Answers Researchers pick the questions they want to answer
based on the question price, difficulty and expertise in the
particular subject area of the question. My personal reason for not
answering the question was that I do not know enough about home
theatre systems to attempt your question.
If you are still looking for an answer, my suggestion would be to
raise the list price of the question in an attempt to attract a
researcher to your question. You could also cancel the question and
post a new question with all the additional information you have added
in the clarification, perhaps for the list price of around $30.
Remember that if you find that the answer does not work, you are
entitled to a full refund. You might also want to include as many
additional details as you can.
Also did you see the comment posted by one of our users, denco-ga? It
does seem to be a complete solution to your question (posted a few
hours after you asked this question). You can find this comment by
scrolling to the very bottom of the question:

Denco was unable to accept payment for their answer because they are
not a Google Answers Researcher.
I hope this helps you better understand why your question has not been
answered. I do hope that you will be able to find a satisfactory
answer to your question and that you get your Home Theatre System
running in tip top shape. All the best,
