What are the most reputable, affordable and well-located music shcools
in the world. Please look at schools focusing on contemporary music
that also have drumset instruction.

Your criteria are at odds with each other. Naturally, the more
reputable a school, the more costly it will be. One school in the U.S.
that has a good program is the Berklee School of Music in Boston,
Massachusetts.

As a Canadian, I know the most reputable schools here are University
of Toronto, and McGill University (in Montreal):

Compared to US universities, schools here are quite affordable.
Toronto and Montreal are also the largest cities in Canada, and
consequently very diverse.
