I want good, free and complete documentation on writing file system
drivers for Windows NT/2000/XP. More specifically I would like
documentation using entirely free code that doesn't use Microsoft's
expensive IFSKit (i.e. the ntifs.h header provided by Bo Branten).
Also, the provided code must be for writing "straight" file system
drivers, not drivers provided through an extra abstraction layer like
FIFS or Galen Hunt's proxy. This MUST be documentation, NOT source
code or any other non-documentation item. Also, the documentation
must be *legally* free (in other words no pirated
books/documentation).

I almost forgot to mention, the documentation should be reasonably
up-to-date. This means it either covers Windows 2000 directly or the
given information could be easily modified to be used in Windows 2000.
