Hello drue,
Thank you for your question.
The answer is - maybe. If the address you want to identify has been
active on the ineternet, you very well may be able to locate the name
behind it.
I would first check the reverse meail directories. Sometimes they are
successful in identifying the owner of an email address:
addresses.com
http://my.email.address.is/efreverse.htm
abika
http://www.abika.com/Forms/Verifyemailaddress.htm
Or the great set of tools at Search Enginez
http://searchenginez.com/reverse_email.html
Also, put the email address into a Google search. Sometimes you will
find home pages, postings or other related items that will lead you to
the identity behind the email.
Lastly, repeat the Google search, but this time use Google Groups to
see if a name is associated with the email address you are searching
and has posted at any time in any of the thousands of Usenet groups.
Google Groups search can be found here:

I trust my research has provided you with possibilities for
identifying the person you wish to locate. If a link above should fail
to work or anything require further explanation or research, please do
post a Request for Clarification prior to rating the answer and
closing the question and I will be pleased to assist further.
