Randy Scheunemann, president of the Committee for the Liberation of
Iraq, says that Saddam Hussein has been murdering his countrymen for
25 years.  We all know that Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld is
committed to improving the lives of Iraqis.  What did he do on this
1984 trip and how did it further the cause of freedom for individual
Iraqis:

Hello 4103-ga,

It appears that this photo is actually from Donald Rumsfeld's initial
visit to Iraq in December 1983. He returned to Baghdad in March 1984. 
For detailed information about these visits, you can see the following
page.  One could argue, if one wished to, that Mr. Rumsfeld was trying
to further the cause of freedom for individual Iraqis by assisting
Iraq's war against Iran, which presumably was restricting the freedom
of many individual Iraqis.  (I will leave it to you whether you wish
to draw that conclusion; it depends on your point of view.)

Possibly that was around the time he( Rumsfeld) helped organise the
sale of biological weapons to Iraq. How this particularly helped the
Iraqis I am not sure. In case you have forgotten the specific diseases
sold to Saddam  as biological weapons at the time (by the USA) were
Anthrax, Dengue fever and that one called  Botula ..something....
something.

 How many gallons of each was made known by the Washington Post just a
week or so back.
