Where can I obtain a list of all corporations with each state? For
each company, I need to obtain the company name, the date of
incorporation and the company address.

I realize that I can visit the Secretary of the State's website (for
each state) and then do a search for a particular corporate name.
However, I'm looking for a full listing of all corps. as opposed to an
individual one.

If you're looking for a freebie, my guess is that you're out of luck. 
If you're willing to pay for a commercial dataset like Dun and
Bradstreet, there might be some possibilities...but it could cost you
in the hundreds of $$, or even more.

Should we look into it?

Unfortunatley, companies such as D&B charge upwards of 15 cents for
each company name ($250,000+ total just for California). Any other
ideas?
