Hi judylinda-ga,

I was able to find several articles and reports that discussed rent
decreases across the board in NYC following September 11 and
continuing into 2002. However, I was unable to locate anything that
demonstrates that this trend is continuing. Instead, a 2003 article in
New York Living Magazine purports that the rental market is in the
upswing, although yet not fully recovered.
