Thank you for your question. 

In the US, it appears that Conair does not repair its products. If
under warranty, they exchange for a new product. Their site notes the
following undering Frequently Asked Questions:

"My appliance is no longer under warranty. Can I still get it
repaired?

We do not repair. If you have a problem with your unit while it is
under warranty, please send it to one of our service centers. We will
replace your unit free of charge. If you have any questions, please

Interplak(TM) appliance and 1-800-767-6020 for a Pollenex product."
