I need to know how to come up with a static semantic for the language
COOL by complete the files (semant.h, semant.cc,
cool-tree.h). I need to know how to gather all the classes, build an
inheritance graph, build method environment&object environment, and
also type checking. The programming that I'm using is C++. Need help
within
12-24hours

Why don't you try this. It is pretty much a COOL reference.
