There is a quote that is exactly or close to exactly as follows:
"but I don't know.  tonight is weird.  whatever happens will
be...whatever happens.  whatever happens..."

I believe it's from either a movie or a song but I just can't place
it.  If anyone knows the name of the song or movie please help me.

If not for the first two sentences it'd be close to Doris Day singing
"Whatever Will Be, Will Be (Que Sera, Sera)" in "The Man Who Knew Too
Much".
