Please give me a list of web sites where I can research lawsuits filed
against the U.S. Forest Service and/or Bureau of Land Management by
any entity in the Western United States. I want to see all papers
filed in each lawsuit.

The first part of your question is answerable. The second part "all
papers
filed in each lawsuit" is a pretty tall order that probably cannot be
filled. If you decide to restate your question or ease your
requirements you might get better results.

Specific pleadings would be the complaint and briefings filed in U.S.
District Court.

You will probably find, as your question lingers, that there are sites
where you can research some but not all lawsuits, and obtain some but
not all related documents. If you are waiting for a site(s) that grant
you access to EVERY SINGLE LAWSUIT filed against these entities and
offers access to EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT in each case, you have a long
wait ahead of you unfortunately. If such were the case all firms would
be using it.

I just didn't want you to set your expectations too high and end up
being disappointed in the service because we couldn't find something
for you that does not exist.
