Hi,
Thanks for using Google. Joanna Johnston is the costume designer for
"About A Boy" movie as given here on this site.
She was the costume designer for Contact (1997), Saving Private Ryan
(1998), Sixth Sense (1999), Unbreakable (2000) and Cast Away (2000)
according to this source : [
http://www.cinema.com/search/person_detail.phtml?ID=4164 ]
To get hold of a similar type of jacket, you need to contact her or
her company. After searching for her contact info, I found this site
to be the best
and nearest possible resource.

I hope this helps. All the best.

I couldnīt find a clear picture in a "movie stills" search as he seems
to be wearing another jacket over the top of it, but it appears itīs a
British DPM (Disruptive Pattern Material) design. One of these links
below probably has the jacket you are looking for:

Hi jsengul,

The costume designer for "About A Boy" is British-born Joanna
Johnston. She also did the costumes for "Sixth Sense" and "Saving
Private Ryan." The Costume Designers Guild only lists their fax
number as a contact. You can try faxing them a note and maybe
(hopefully) she'll reply with a manufacturer.

Good luck,
