Hi noxia,

Still waiting here,

As a Canadian, I've grown used to the 'civil servant' timetable which
seems to be 'When we get to it, we get to it.' I believe if I don't
hear from someone in the next hour or so, I won't hear back until
business hours tomorrow. Is that alright with you?

Hello noxia,

I couldn't find a definitive answer, as it seems Virgina state leaves
this open for interpretation :

"A person shall be guilty of reckless driving...driveway or premises
of a church, school, recreational facility"

Hello Noxia ...

The Commonwealth of Virginia does not impose speed limits on private
property, except to the extent that it can impose penalties for
endangerment for reckless disregard for personal safety, as in Sgt.
Cory's citation above.

Since most parking lots are private property, the extent of limits
would be as cited, and if any such limits are posted, they are usually
at the discretion of the property owner, and not enforceable as a
matter of law.
