Hello instyle-ga,
This report, including a S.W.O.T. analysis (on pages 11-14), was done
in 2002 by Carnegie Consulting, which was associated with Pomona
College's economics department. The 2002 date is apparent from the
references to events in 2002 throughout the report. (Note: Carnegie
Consulting does not appear to exist at this time. I now realize that
it may have only been a group project at Pomona College, done for
purposes of a class -- perhaps a class of Prof. James D. Likens, who
is listed on its former web pages. In any event, the report that it
produced is quite detailed, which I assume is the most important
factor for you. The cached version of this report is missing the
graphics from the graphs, but the significance of the graphs is
apparent from the text.)
