I have designed a range of children's wear (babies to 4 yrs) and plan
to source a local (Australian) manufacturer to make up samples etc.

I intend to sell direct to small boutiques and to existing party plan
organisers to start with, and appoint an agent / distributor if demand
warrants.

My question is - are there online resources that provide a
comprehensive "how to" for what I'm planning to do? The answer must
include information on standard industry business models in Australia
- including the average retail markup on wholesale price of clothing.
