Thank you for your question. Although some members of the family spent
time in St Petersburg, I have been able to find no evidence that any
of the Bernoulli mathematicians fathered sons born in Russia. I hope
you will find the following information useful, nevertheless.
Kind regards

The website I found most useful was the biographies index at the
MacTutor History of Mathematics archive at St Andrews University:
http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/BiogIndex.html
The members of the family I investigated are:
Jacob I (1654-1705)
Johann I (1667-1748)
Nicolaus I (1687-1759)
Nicolaus II (1695-1726)
Daniel (1700-1782)
Johann II (1710-1790)
Johann III (1744-1807)
Jacob II (1759-1789)
All of them were born in Basel, with the exception of Daniel, who was
born in Groningen.
You may wish to refer to the Bernoulli family tree I consulted: please
click on the link to the family tree found towards the end of this
page:
http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Bernoulli_Johann.html
The first members of the family distinguished as mathematicians were
Jacob Bernoulli I, born in 1654, and his brother Johann Bernoulli I,
born in 1667.
Their nephew Nicolaus I, also a mathematician, was born in 1687. His
biography does not mention any time spent in Russia:
http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Bernoulli_Nicolaus(I).html
Jacob Bernoulli I had two children (one son), neither of whom became
mathematicians. His biography does not mention any time spent in
Russia:
http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Bernoulli_Jacob.html
Johann Bernoulli I, who does not seem to have spent time in Russia,
had three sons who became mathematicians: Nicolas II, born in Basel in
1695; Daniel, born in Groningen in 1700; and Johann II, born in 1710
in Basel. Johann Is biography is at:
http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Bernoulli_Johann.html
Nicolaus II died young in St Petersburg after spending only 8 months
in the city. His biography mentions no sons:
http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Bernoulli_Nicolaus(II).html
Daniel spent 8 years in St Petersburg (172533) but is not known to
have had any sons, or at least did not marry:

Johann II had two sons: Johann III, who became astronomer-royal and
director of mathematical studies at Berlin, was born in 1744 in Basel,
and Jacob II, who was born in Basel in 1759.
Johann IIIs biography makes no mention of his either having sons or
spending time in Russia:
http://www-gap.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Bernoulli_Johann(III).html
Jacob II married a granddaughter of Euler in St Petersburg, where he
died at the age of only 29, a few months after his marriage. His
biography mentions no children:

nearly the end of the page)
I also checked some Russian encyclopedias but found no information on
Russian-born members of the family.
