I would like to know the companies in UK and USA at least 50 each
which are still employing the same auditors for internal auditing
services and at same time doing external auditing and those companies
separating those functions.

still employing:  I mean those companies, which are using same
external auditors to do internal auditing services. In short those
companies outsourcing there internal auditing services to the same
auditing firm , which do external auditing

Your meaning still is unclear. Can you explain what you don't want to
happen. The contact person often represents several auditing teams as
the work comes in large blocks more or less simultaneously and
completion dates are often challenging even if the team works on only
one customer at a time. It appears it is an independent audit if you
out-source, unless you expect to micro-manage the team that does your
internal audit.   Neil

Usually companies do have internal audit service department,but there
are companies, which has decided to outsource internal audit services
to their external auditors, other decided to outsource to different
consultants other than their external auditors. Now I woluld like to
know those public companies who have outsourced their internal
auditing department to their external auditors and those who have
outsourced to different consultants.
